Sydney success!

Victorian divers have returned home from the 2015 Australian Elite Junior Championships with a swag of medals. 

Returning with a tally of 4 gold, 12 silver and 10 bronze, Victoria was the best performed state over the 3-day championships.

Remarkably, the tally of 26 medals meant Victorian divers averaged more than one diver on the podium for each event held. 

Victorians also made up 6 of the 13 places announced by Diving Australia for the 2015/16 National Junior Squad. Congratulations to the following athletes who have been selected in the squad (the selections were from B and C groups only):

Bailey Cronin was also announced as the winner of the Greg Hall Memorial Award for Most Outstanding New Talent.
