Duck Dives Into Role

The Diving Victoria Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Duck as its new State Executive Officer.

Duck has been appointed to the role following four years as General Manager – Operations with the Southern Football League, one of the larger community football leagues in Australia. Duck also brings knowledge gained from his experience in upper-retail management.

Matt possesses considerable experience in management gained through his previous roles within the sport industry. Matt is currently completing an MBA to complement his degree in Business (Sport and Leisure Management).

This is an exciting development for Diving Victoria and Matt shares our vision to grow the sport’s participation, whilst acknowledging the importance of developing elite pathways, and will work closely with all stakeholders in achieving the objectives set out in the newly developed 2015-2019 Diving Victoria Strategic Plan.

Matt will officially join the Diving Victoria team in early May.
