Diving Victoria Strategic Plan

Developed in 2015, the Diving Victoria Strategic Plan 2015 - 2018 outlines the focus of the organisation for the next three years.
Identifying Participation, Sport Development and Management & Governance respectively as three 'Key Strategic Pillars', the Strategic Plan outlines the primary objectives for the organisation for this next exciting period.
Formulated and designed in a similar way to that of Diving Australia's current Strategic Plan, the Diving Victoria Strategic Plan identifies key activities, stakeholders and key deliverables for each of the three key strategic pillars.
Diving Victoria looks forward to working with all involved in the sport to implement the operational aspects of the Strategic Plan for the betterment and continued growth of the sport.
