Diving Victoria Membership - Renew NOW
Published Mon 29 Jun 2020
Diving Australia has recently opened registration for DA/DV Membership renewals for 2010/21. Your current membership is valid through 30 June 2020. From 1 July memberships must be renewed to continue any and all diving related activities.
A few Important notes:
- Most membership prices will show a decrease from 19/20 to acknowledge COVID-19
-
Child Safe Training
Diving Australia has recently released a new Child Safety Framework and we are sure you will agree that Child Safe Sport is of paramount importance.
As part of our Child Safe obligations, after registering, you will be asked to complete Child Safe Training. This won’t take you long, but is critically important in ensuring all of our children feel safe in Diving. The link to the training will be sent out in your registration confirmation email. Thank you for your understanding.
- A reminder: DA wants to commemorate the challenges we have all faced and has arranged for a limited edition t-shirt to be posted out free of charge for the first 500 competitive diver and recreational diver members to sign up for the 20/21 year. Also, there will be limited sizes which will be first in best dressed. (For DV that is the State Level and Pennant Level membership types)
-
DA have also put together an Activity Book (click here) for our younger members and we hope they will have some fun with completing the Book. In conjunction with our States, we have decided to run a competition with the Activity Book. This competition is open to: our younger competitive and recreational divers (only those turning 12 in 2020 and younger); that have rejoined or joined by 31 July 2020. To enter, send your completed workbook to dive@diving.org.au by 31 July 2020. There will be one winner from each State (winners will be chosen by the relevant State Association and they are looking for the most creative and fun responses - oh and correct answers to the quizzes!) and winners will have theirs and their immediate families membership fees refunded, as well as a DA prize pack! So get going on the Activity Book and have fun!
- You may add multiple email addresses to your account (mother, father, child)
- You may upgrade your membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting UPGRADE
- Any State or Pennant Level diver under 18 must have at least one parent member. Upon completion of child registration, it will prompt you to complete a Parent membership ($10)
Membership renewals can be processed from the Diving Victoria website under MEMBERSHIP. DO NOT Login to renew - use the RENEW button and provide surname and date of birth (National ID is not required). The system will not recognize your login details until after you have renewed.
