Diving Victoria is excited to formally communicate our current Competition Calendar for the 2024/25 Membership Year.

This Calendar had been previously circulated via our social media channels with notable highlights including: 

• The Diving Victoria Club Challenge Series will return again in 2024/25 to continue providing extensive competitive opportunities for our Recreational and Competitive Diver members.
• Aquanation will play host to our three (3) jam-packed days of community celebration when all competitive levels combine (Age, Junior & Open) for the Pullar Family Championships in November. And,
• The Panayi Victorian Open State Championships will return to the DV Competition Schedule in 2024/2025 in a combined format with the Victorian Age Championships.

As Diving Victoria continues to build upon its event offerings in 2024/25, this calendar has been informed by the review of previous year schedules and consultation with stakeholders.

Given this, the 2024/25 DV Competitions Calendar makes every effort to:

1. align with Diving Australia and World Aquatics Event Calendars (to the extent that these are available) in order to support the qualification, preparations, and prospective travel arrangements of Diving Victoria members;
2. take into account the varied day-scheduling preferences of Clubs, Coaches, Programs and Volunteers. And,
3. avoid known Club and Program disruptions such as school holidays, long weekends, host venue availability, scheduled venue maintenance & anticipated temporary closures (e.g. the F1 Grand Prix).

In communicating this Calendar, please be advised that Diving Victoria reserves the right to change or amend this document in any way that it deems necessary. While changes will be avoided where possible, in the event that they are required, all relevant stakeholders will be advised of these changes as soon as practicable.
