In a significant boost for diving in Victoria, the Bendigo Bank Ringwood branch has thrown its support behind the Diving Victoria Let er Rip Schools Program. 

Now known as the Bendigo Bank Ringwood Let er Rip Schools Program, the initiative sees diving integrated into the standard swimming lessons of primary schools.

Already boasting several schools, the program is fast gaining traction with primary schools looking to liven up their learn-to-swim program with a deep-water component.

Speaking this week at the announcement of the partnership with Bendigo Bank Ringwood, Diving Victoria CEO Matthew Duck said it was an important development for the program.

"Having the support of Bendigo Bank Ringwood is really exciting, and the branch is a great fit to partner with us." 

"We've long had a terrific relationship with Bendigo Bank Ringwood, and for them to throw their support behind this program is great testament to that relationship."

Kerry Parry, Senior Customer Relationship Officer for Bendigo Bank Ringwood, said the partnership was an exciting one for the branch.
