2018-19 Celebration of Diving: Past & Present - Wrap-up

(Host Dean Pullar, coaching legend Peter Panayi, Most Outstanding Male Age Group Diver Luca Jarvis)

On Saturday 26 October 2019, over 130 diving members and guests gathered at the beautiful Kooyong Tennis Club for a fun filled evening of food, auctions, dancing, laughs and lots of awards.  Our host for the evening was the newly elected President of Diving Victoria and past Award winner, Dean Pullar.  The evening was focused on celebrating the season's accomplishments along with reconnecting with our past.  Diving Victoria was fortunate to welcome many Victorian Diving Alumnae to the event.

The event also included a live and silent auction process which raised funds to support upcoming projects.  Signed jerseys, gift packs, holiday vacations and many gift certificates were among the items on offer.  Diving Victoria would like to extend a special thank you to all of those who donated items and to those who bid so generously.

Diving Victoria also thanks our 6 Life Members who were in attendance (Pete & Shirley Panayi, John & Helen Hillard, Jenny Donnet and Wendy Pullar), the Diving Australia board members including CEO David Bell, President Michael Murphy and State CEO's, and invited guests who shared in this special occasion.

Diving Victoria appreciates the support of the entire diving community and we look forward to sharing future celebrations with you.
