Diving Victoria is holding the first in a series of coaching development seminars in 2021.  The first of these is the Coach Development Skills Clinic #1 to be held on Saturday 8 May from 11.00a - 1.00p at the MSAC.  All registered Diving Victoria coaches are encouraged to attend and the clinic is free of charge.  Coaches are allowed to bring one (1) diver each to the clinic and the course will include both dryland and water components.  The clinic will be taken by Diving Australia National Coach - Melbourne Mathew Helm and will be very hands-on in terms of structure.  The following topics will be covered:

• Posture, body alignment, body form
• Springboard Hurdle (regular or jump)
• Springboard Back jump
• Come-out Actions and Sequences

Online bookings are essential and those interested in attending must do so before  midnight Sunday 2 May to guarantee a spot in the course.  Other coaches professional development courses to be held in 2021 include:
