The 2015 Victorian Open Championships serves as a qualifying meet to the Australian Open Championships (30 April - 3 May 2015, Brisbane). Due to the change in the Diving Australia competition calendar, there will not be another State Championship in November. Please consult your coach before registering for this event.

Competition Fee: 

• $35 Registration
• $38 per event
• $20 per synchro
• ​$20 Team Event

Entry Deadline:  

• Sunday 15 February (midnight)
• Entries are online only via the Diving Victoria website
• Divers wishing to add an event to an existing registration before the entry deadline, Must call DV office to process (9686 7534 or 0411 863 483)

Late Entries:

• $68 Registration, $38 /event, $20 Synchro, $20 Team Event
• Divers will dive by invitation (not eligible for placing or any points) may still achieve a national qualifying score

Add an Event Late:

• Divers wishing to add an event to an existing registration after the entry deadline but before the Dive Sheet Deadline $53 /event, $35 Synchro, $35 Team Event.  Must call DV office to process (9686 7534 or 0411 863 483).  Divers will dive by invitation in that event (not eligible for placing or any points) may still achieve a national qualifying score

Late Entry Deadline: 

• Sunday 22 February (midnight)

Eligibility:

• Age for B/C Group criteria is as of 31 December 2015
• Divers must be registered as financial members of Diving Victoria / Diving Australia as a Diver – Level 4, Country Diver or Coach to compete.  If you are unsure of your eligibility, please contact the Diving Victoria Office. Divers may upgrade their membership by contacting the Diving Victoria office
• Divers must meet the minimum DD requirements set by DV (see program)
• Divers must be competing in an individual event to compete synchro or the Team Event

Dive Requirements: 

• The new 2014/15 national qualifying standards apply
• When submitting sheets DV Minimum DDs apply
• Minimum Victorian DDs apply. DV Minimums have been set at 95% of the DA B/C Group minimums.  
• In order to qualify for Nationals, DA Minimum DDs must be met and Open dive restrictions must be met (ie: no feet first entries on 1m or 3m)

Dive Sheets:  

• Due via Dive Recorder www.diverecorder.co.uk before 9am Thursday 26 February
• Late sheets or late changes - if accepted - will result in a diver competing by invitation in that event (not eligible for placing or any points)

Spectator Entry & Fee:  

• Competitors, Coaches & Officials: Free
• Spectators: $2.50
• Payable at MSAC reception
• Entrance via the Stage 2 (Aquatic) Entrance Only
