The 2019 Pullar Family Diving Championships serves as a qualifying meet to the Australian Age Championships (TBC April 2019, Brisbane QLD), Australian Open Championships (TBC May 2019, Syndney NSW ) and the Australian Elite Junior Championships (TBC July, Melbourne) This is one of three local competitions in which divers have the opportunity to achieve their qualifying score for their respective nationals. Please consult your coach before registering for this event.

Competition Fee:
- $40 Registration
- $24 /event
- $15 Synchro ($30 per team)
Entry Deadline:
- Monday 7 October (midnight)
- Entries are online only via the Diving Victoria website
- Divers wishing to add an event to an existing registration before the entry deadline, Must call DV office to process (9686 7534 or 0411 863 483)
Late Entries:
- $77 Registration, $24 /event , $15 Synchro
- Divers will dive by invitation (not eligible for placing or any points) may still achieve a national qualifying score
Add an Event Late:
- Divers wishing to add an event to an existing registration after the entry deadline but before the Dive Sheet Deadline $39 /event, $30 for Synchro, Must call DV office to process (9686 7534 or 0411 863 483) Divers will compete by invitation in that event only
Late Entry Deadline:
- Sunday 13 October (midnight)
Eligibility:
- Age is as of 31 December 2020 for ALL Events
- Divers must be registered as financial members of Diving Victoria as a State Level Diver or Coach to compete. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please contact the Diving Victoria Office. Divers may upgrade their membership by logging into their account and selecting UPGRADE
- Divers must be competing in an individual Open event to compete in Open synchro
Dive Requirements:
- The 2019 DA Qualifying Criteria will apply. If the 2020 Criteria are published more than 2 weeks before the start of the compeititon, the new criteria will apply
Age Synchro:
- All Divers must stay within their age group for Synchro
Open events:
- Minimum Victorian DDs apply. DV Minimums have been set at 95% of the DA B/C Group minimums. (These DV minimums may go down if the DA minimums lower, but they will not increase) In order to qualify for Nationals, DA Minimum DDs must be met
- Feet first entires are not allowed on Springboard
- Divers must be diving in an individual Open event to enter Open Synchro
STP Events:
- STP Water skills will be offered
- STP Dryland skills will be offered if time allows
- NOTE: competing in STP does not provide an opportunity to qualify for nationals
Pathway:
- All divers may choose to dive in either Elite Junior events or Age events, but not both. All divers that meet the criteria may choose Open
- If a diver qualifies for Elite Junior Nationals on one board only, they may still compete at Age States and Age Nationals
- If a diver qualifies for Elite Junior Nationals on two boards or more, they are ineligible for Age States or Age Nationals
- If a diver competes in NEPP (Elite Junior Pathway), they may still go back to the Age stream this season, but will then be ineligible for Elite Junior States or Elite Junior Nationals in 2020
Dive Sheets:
- Due via Dive Recorder www.diverecorder.co.uk before 9am Thursday 17 October
- Late sheets or late changes - if accepted - will result in a diver competing by invitation (not eligible for placing or any points)
Awards:
- Medals presented to the top three eligible finishers per event
- Club Trophy awarded to the top finishing team based on the point allocation: 6, 4, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, …
