2024/25 Club Challenge Series #2

Schedule of Events

The Club Challenge Series is a series of competitions suited to all levels of divers from beginners through to open. The Series provides competitive diving opportunities for all eligible members of the Diving Victoria community. 

EVENT DATE: Sunday, 9th February

VENUE: Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, Albert Park

REGISTRATION FEE: $25

EVENT ENTRY FEES: $20 First Board, $10 Second Board (if applicable)

If you wish to compete in multiple Events, please select your Springboard event as your First Event. 

ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday, 2nd February at 11:59pm

LATE REGISTRATIONS: Tuesday, 4th February at 9:00am (incurs a Late Registration fee: $30). 

ELIGIBILITY:

• Divers must be adequately registered financial members of Diving Victoria in order to compete in this event.
• Recreational Diver Members, Competitive Diver Members and Coach Members of Diving Victoria may compete in the 24/25 Club Challenge Series. If you need to upgrade your membership to register for this event: please log into your Member Portal and select "upgrade".
• Eligible Divers may compete on Springboard (either 1m or 3m).

DIVE REQUIREMENTS: 
If you are unsure what level to register for, please consult your primary Club/Program coach.

DIVESHEETS:
Divesheets are to be submitted via the DiveRecorder website. 
Divesheets for this event must be submitted by 9:00am on Thursday, 6th February.

• If you wish to change a DiveSheet after 9am Thursday, please contact the Diving Victoria office.
• If you wish to make any changes after 9am Friday, a decision will be made by the event's Chief Referee. Should this change be accepted, the diver may not earn Club Challenge points for the event.

COMPETITION SCHEDULE (Events and Times provided are indicative only and are subject to change due to entries received): 

• 8:00am - 8:45am: General Warm Up (for CCS/Age Platform & Levels 1-4 Springboard event competitors only)
• 8:45am - 11:00am: Competition Events will commence for the above competitors.
• 11:00am - 2:00pm: General Warm Up and Competition Events for all other event competitors (Age & CCS).
• All Competition events will conclude by 2:00pm (approx.).
  
  

FINAL SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: A complete Schedule of Events will be distributed to all registered athletes and coaches as soon as practicable following the entry deadline.
