2023/24 Club Challenge Series #1 + Age Qualifier

DATE: Sunday 10th September

VENUE: MSAC, Albert Park

FEES: $24 Registration Fee + $14 per event (Late Registration Fee: additional $23)

ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday 3rd September 23:59pm

LATE REGISTRATIONS: Wednesday 6th September 23:59pm

- Sign in 7:45am

- Warm-up 8am-8:45am (8:45am-9am divers in first event only)

- First event begins at 9am

CLUB CHALLENGE SERIES SUMMARY

The 2023/24 Club Challenge Series is a series of competitions suited to all levels of divers from beginners through to open; it provides competition experience and the opportunity for divers to monitor their progress throughout the season. Divers must be registered as financial members of Diving Victoria to compete. Divers may compete on Springboard (either 1m or 3m).

Structure of Club Challenge Series Events:

Divers may choose to compete in either the Club Challenge Series levels OR the qualifying event NOT BOTH.
If you are unsure what level to register for, please consult your coach.
Divers entering the Qualifier may dive in all 3 events for their respective age group.

REMINDERS:

If you wish to change a DiveSheet AFTER 9am Thursday, please contact the Diving Victoria Event Manager (details below).
If you wish to make any changes AFTER 9am Friday, a decision will be made by the Chief Referee for the event, diver will not earn points if the change is accepted.
If you would like to withdrawal from the event without a Medical Certificate, this must be done before 9am Thursday to receive a refund. If you are to withdrawal after this deadline, to receive a refund, a Medical Certificate must be provided.

Eligibility:

Divers must be registered as financial members of Diving Victoria to compete in this event.
Participation Divers may only compete in any level of the Club Challenge Series.
Only State Level Divers may compete in Qualifier events.
State Level Divers & Coaches may compete in any level of the Club Challenge Series or the Qualifier Events.
For Elite Junior and Age Qualifying events, Age is as 31st December 2024.

There will be 6 Club Challenge Series Events in the 2023/24 Season:

1. Sunday 10th September, MSAC, AM (Age Qualifier)

2. Sunday 22nd October, Aquanation, PM (Open Qualifier)

3. Sunday 25th February, MSAC, AM (Elite Junior Qualifier)

4. Sunday 24th March, Aquanation, AM (Age Qualifier)

5. Sunday 19th May, MSAC, PM (Open Qualifier)

6. Sunday 16th June, Aquanation, PM (Elite Junior Qualifier)
