The 2021/22 Diving Victoria Pennant is a series of competitions suited to all levels of divers from beginners through to open; it provides competition experience and the opportunity for divers to monitor their progress through the season.  Divers must be registered as financial members of Diving Victoria to compete. Divers may compete on Springboard (either 1m or 3m) and Platform each week.  Some weeks will also offer exhibition events such as: Synchro, Team Events, Skills Events, Qualifying Events

• If you have registered for Pennant Week 1 but would like to ADD AN EVENT, you can now do that directly through the system (you will not be charged the registration fee again).  If you add an event to an existing registration late (after the entry deadline, but before the late entry deadline), you can now do that online too ($28/event)
• If you have competed in an Age event, you must compete at a minimum of Pennant Level 6 on the board you competed. (Exception 11 & Under's that meet Pennant Criteria #2 (b) )
• Please consult your coach before registering for this competition

Pennant Week 1 Summary

Date:  Sunday 8 August 2021

Venue:  Aquanation, Ringwood

Registration & Event Fee:  Registration $24, $14 /event, $7 Synchro

Entry Deadline:  Sunday 1 August (midnight), entries are online only

Late Registration: Wednesday 4 August

Dive Requirements:  2021/22 Pennant Criteria

Eligibility:

• Divers must be registered as financial members of Diving Victoria to compete
• Participation Divers may compete in Pennant Levels 1 - 5 
• State Level Divers & Coaches may compete at any Pennant level
• Divers may upgrade their membership by logging into their account and selecting UPGRADE

Dive Sheets:  Due via Dive Recorder before 9am Thursday 5 Aug,  changes to existing sheets may be made up until 9am on Friday 6 Aug without penalty

Aquanation Entry Fee:  Competitors, Officials & Spectators: Free

COVID Compliance

• All competitors, spectators and officials must QR code into Aquanation upon entry AND the DV QR code once inside.
• Please maintain hand hygiene and maintain social distancing. 
• Mask wearing will be dependant of government restrictions but should always be worn if distance cannot be maintained. 
• Divers should not share food, drink or shammies.

• Warm-up 12-12:45pm 12:45 for first event only

Pennant 2.  Saturday 11 September 2021 (pm start) – entries close Sunday 5 Sept (Aquanation)

Pennant 3.  Saturday 13 November 2021 – entries close Sunday 7 Nov (MSAC)

Pennant 4.  Sunday 13 February 2022 - entries close Sunday 6 Feb (MSAC) PENNANT PLUS QUALIFIER

Pennant 5.  Sunday 20 March 2022 - entries close Sunday 13 March (Aquanation) PENNANT PLUS QUALIFIER

Pennant 6.  Saturday 18 June 2022 (pm start) -   entries close Sunday 12 June (MSAC)
