Sporting Club Grants Program
The Sporting Club Grants Program provides grants to assist in the purchase of sports uniforms and equipment and to improve the capacity and accessibility of Victorian clubs and other community sport and recreation organisations and increase the skills of their coaches, officials and managers.
2020-21 Round 2
Applications open: 12 February 2021
Applications close: 18 March 2021 @ 5PM (or until funding is exhausted)
Outcomes announced: within four to six weeks after an application is submitted and no later than May 2021.

Local Sports Infrastructure Fund
The 2021 Local Sports Infrastructure Fund is a state-wide competitive Victorian Government program that provides a range of grant opportunities across five funding streams.
- Better Indoor Stadiums
- Female Friendly Facilities
- Community Sports Lighting
- Facilities for Active Seniors
- Scoreboards and Fixed Equipment

Change Our Game Scholarship Program
This program provides funding to support women working and volunteering in the sector to access professional development opportunities that will enhance skills in sport and recreation leadership and management.
Candidates for the Change Our Game Scholarship Program are to be nominated by peak sport and recreation bodies, local government authorities or regional sport assemblies.
Scholarships range in value from $2,000 to $10,000.
A new category has been introduced this round to support bespoke career coaching for those candidates, as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, have had their employment impacted. This opportunity will support women who are looking to re-evaluate their career pathway or identify new areas of the sector where their skills are transferrable.
Applications open on 5th March 2021 and close at 5.00pm on 2nd April 2021.

Athlete Pathway Grants Program
The Athlete Pathway Grants Program provides grants to improve Victorian athlete development pathways from community to national representation level. Support is available to assist with costs of travel for high performance athletes to represent Victoria and emerging athletes traveling to train or compete at events that contribute to their development within their sporting pathway. Assistance is also available for officials and coaches travel.
Applications will open 1 March 2021 and will close on 5pm 6 April 2021.

Significant Sporting Events Program - SRV
The Significant Sporting Events Program helps sporting, community and event organisations to deliver significant sporting events in Victoria.
Applications are open now and will close on 30 June 2022.

Local Sporting Champions
The Local Sporting Champions program provides financial assistance for coaches, officials and competitors aged 12-18 participating in state, national or international championships.
If successful, applicants will receive $500-$750 towards the cost of attending their championships
- Base Grant: $500
- Applicants travelling 800km - 1999km to their nominated championships: + $100
- Applicants travelling internationally or greater than 2000km to their nominated championships: + $200
- Applicants residing in a rural electorate: + $50
